Thank you so much for subscribing. I haven't been that musically active for awhile. I guess life happened. These days I'm mostly happy. I have a wonderful scientist wife and together we have a beautiful four year old daughter. She already has shown a big interest for music. Especially for piano jazz.
Last song I recorded was Nine to Five, which is really a new version of a old song I composed while busking through Europe back in 2011. Oh it's such a long time ago. Time really flies. Most of songs are recorded in 2011 in music shops that I went to in between busking and then in 2014, when I was also without a job and had time for music. (Read manic).
Ironically these days lots of my protest songs could be sang towards myself. "Going to work early in the morning, coming home tired in the evening. That's all you do." I'm slaving away as a Service Desk Specialist for big companies in order to pay for a mortgage. You know the drill. But as I said, I'm mostly happy.

It's been a long time since I listened to my own songs. I Rarely do that, but I was surprised by Eventually We Became friends. I remember it was recorded with three takes. First one guitar, then one more take for guitar. Used some open tuning I stumbled over when fiddling around. Then dang it in one take. I go ahead and attach it for you.
Most of my songs are one take/instrument/singing. Most of my lyrics improvised on the spot so I have written the lyrics down afterwards. Starts with a feeling, ends with a song.

I just noticed that I got an email from n1m saying I have reached 2222287 plays on the platform. It may be a small number on a big scale, but for me, the Do It Yourself As Fast As You Can When You Have Time For It Musician, that is indeed some kind of milestone.
The email also says "For seven days period will feature your profile and music in our New Alternative Artist category on the most visited places on N1M"
These days I'm fully employed in the IT field, a husband and father to a wonderful three year old very musical little girl. So the time for music and especially making/recording music has been very limited almost nonexistent.
I hope at some point that I will have time for it since music is bubbling inside of me all the time.
Anyway, thank you all for visiting my page and listening to my songs! Stay safe, eat lots of D-vitamin, Zinc, eat healthy and remember to move your body and exercise. Try to calm down by maybe meditating. Stay healthy, try to stay positive, be happy and strong. These days those could all be considered rebellious acts so I guess I can say...Be a rebel!

The songs themselves are mostly recorded through the inbuilt laptop microphones.

Currently I´m looking for a record deal and somewhere I could record with proper equipment. Everything until now has been recorded with ridiculously cheap equipment ranging from laptops own mic to just cables in electronic guitars and such. It's not necessarily fake lo-fi, but just a guy who can't afford top notch. I have had to learn to play everything myself too. I've been in some bands but this started out with just me busking, so here we are. My main instrument, as you can probably guess by now, is my voi..guitar.
