I think that doing this through your phone, you remind me of when I began in music and I used to use those apps myself to get my music out. I did enjoy the vibe of the song and the message that you are giving in this song. I definitely look forward to hearing more of your music to come. Also, I can suggest that if you don't want to go to a professional studio, invest in a studio mic that you can use at home. This is a hard one to critique... why ...because I always try to be positive , even when everything is negative, so here goes..I am taking into consideration it is recorded the way it was ....non-professionally ....well the song goes nowhere . and the vocalist totally lacks any sort of passion. It's kind of sing-songy which isn't necessarily a bad thing , except as in this case it has no goove , that has a lot to do with why the song , and performance goes nowhere , no dynamics , no points of interest ..ala.. a hook ....as a result it just ends up being boring , sorry ... you'd be better off singing a cappello . With some heartfelt passion .
