Hemi G is from Memphis but his style is east coast. The Fountain of Truth is a dope record. I really like the style, flow and content of this record. I really feel the pain in his voice relating to the struggle. Big Wash complements this record. I can really listen to this all day. It sounds like a lot of thought was put into it. Love the hook as well. I heard someone say 2012 at the end of the song but it's relevant for today and sounds better than anything out now

This is some good shit. Old school. Simple flow the way hip hop is supposed to be. No auto tune crap and synth bull with Mary had a little lamb, child like nursey rhyme style Rhyming. Honest, strong poetry. Cool simple back near. These guys could set this up on the street corner with a beat box radio and kick this. The way it should be. By listening to this song is easy to remind of Mr. Shakur style, then under this side, you can feel the 'ambience and the atmosphere of that era..In terms of arrangement probably I would have changes the harmony with some more changes and breaks.
