Hi there, Wanted to spread some news - a bit wider. And I even let you chose how much you want to read (though that's actually anytime one's personal choice). ;-) Very short version: I uploaded 3 Songs or Song-fragments. Yay! Medium version: After a long time where I had trouble with inspiration, still my equipment and also motivation and energy, I finally started to make music again lately. And I even made some progress with getting along better with some programs I was avoiding for some time, so in theory I perhaps could be able to record some "complete" songs again. But it looks like I will need some time for that, because I still have some problems with software and letting my ideas come to life (like I would want them to). The track "Everything fades away" is my latest project and the closest to a real/complete song and will probably be the intro/or a part of what most likely will become my next and the first complete song after years. Let's hope it is going to work out more or less like I would like it... And that you don't have to wait so long (because I can't tell how long it is gonna take or even if I will be able to do it) for a complete song without something else to listen to, I wanted to share that "Intro" and 2 other short (guitars only) songs I made. I hope, you can enjoy some of it, though it's not exactly what I would call perfect... Long version/additions to medium version: I actually would rather not upload anymore of those short "guitars only" songs/song-fragments and I actually decided at some point that I want to avoid uploading stuff like this (if possible) and rather try to make some "real songs". At least, songs that I worked on a bit more (and from a technical view, I'd be more pleased with the result) - but that's not THAT easy. As said, I had some troubles and also since almost one year, I mostly found it frustrating almost every time, when I tried to make some new music. I just hardly was ever pleased with how it sounded and often I had the feeling I'm just playing the same melodies again and again. So I decided to (mostly) let it be and picked it up again. But still, it could be better. Right now, I feel, that there were times where it has been easier for me to create new music - that I'm more or less satisfied with. So, will have to wait how it will go on. Well, to come back to those song-fragments... Because I couldn't really handle the necessary programs to make more complex songs (and also didn't have the energy) I kind of was limited to do such songs. Also, sometimes it's good to have kind of a "quick success" and that goes much quicker with something like that than making a complex song with everything.
