Heroes & Heroines is a band from Bear and Middletown, Delaware, consisting of five close friends. We're five guys that love playing shows, writing music, and having a good time. We are currently finishing up the music for our next demo which will contain four brand new tracks. If you message or comment us you will DEFINITELY hear back from us.
