A regular in the local music scene, Holly's musical background is uncharacteristically unique and diverse. An extensive background in classical music and a Master of Music degree in classical piano performance, fostered an impressive command of the instrument and the nuance of style.
Nearly 3 decades of being "in-the-trenches as a full-time performer has provided Holly with the "on-the-job" training which can not be replicated in the classroom or the practice room.
In the Jazz and commercial music idioms, Holly has amazing improvisational capabilities and a definitive grasp of multiple genres. This type of "on-the-job training has turned Holly into one of the most versatile performers in her field. Holly's broad musical spectrum runs the gamut from classical to ragtime, big band swing era, bebop, hard bop, fusion a . d contemporary (or "smooth") jazz. In the commercial/pop vein she covers most of the styles in that realm also. (Motown, classic rock, r & b, progressive rock, hip hop and most Top 40 styles.

Recently, Holly was the house pianist/keyboardist with the Wednesday night band at the internationally acclaimed jazz club El Chapultapec in downtown Denver. She played with Freddy Rodriguez Sr and his band The Jazz Connection for the past 2 years until Mr. Rodriguez''s untimely passing the end of March 2020.
Overall, Holly is an immensely passionate and energetic performer and will likely continue her vast musical journey until the day she dies
