Upon the very first listen to Hollywood Assassyn's "Watch Me", I am reminded of quite a few of the classic heavy metal bands of the 80's, yet...no question, this band definitely has their own unique sound. I am impressed by the excellent production, they capture an energy that is certain to propel them on to greater heights than many of their peers. Good writing, exceptional performance - I will be looking forward to hearing more from them!

If you like that "Nu Metal" sound with great melody and pounding drums, this is a great tune for you. To me, If I heard this on our local rock and metal station where I am, this would be a keeper. Sound is very well written, produced with what I feel is a very very solid hard rock. metal tune!!!

This one's got drive! Great from the start with that swirling incoming guitar which then drives through the song like a steam machine pulling all with it which stands in it's way. But great work, too with the drums and the voice which lies within the mix as it belongs there forever. Great production and recording. Good song writing. That's a real hell divingheavy song! I like the song the guitars are nice and powerful. The vocals are good, suits very good with the track. I like the drums and they are very. I´m not big fan of lead solos but this solo with the wah effect is well placed as well, keep rocking.

Having been part of a number of different rock bands over the years i have an appreciation for a wide variety of Rock music, I Hate to hear repetitively dull re-works of a metal genre that need originality. This track happily give you a familiar vibe but has enough uniqueness to please the ears with the driving main riff and excellent guitar accompaniments. The drum beats are solid and rise where needed the dirty bass in conjunction with the choppy almost grunge guitar parts adds weight to the track. The stand out for me is the vocal performance, well done it sound effortless and has enough variety to add emotion to the words that take the listener on a journey. The lyrics are well written and memorable, they tell the story without telling the listener whats happening without restraining their imagination to interpret the meaning too much which I like. I like the song the guitars are nice and powerful the vocals are good the harmony and backing voice is done well, The Rhythm is punchy and the drums are very well placed I think the solo with the wah effect is well placed as well, keep rocking.

as the momentum builds at the intro of this head banging beastly tune,you feel it in your bones this is going to be a good one! and yes it is,clean crisp audio waves caress and slap you ears with pleasure tight sweet arrangements well balance vocals and instruments HOLLYWOOD ASSASSYN definitely rocks.not a cookie cutter sound .

Oh yeah... Dark. Dirty. And Bad Ass. I couldn't care less what the words are. the grunting feeling in the words say more, I think, but I'm sure it will be interesting after I've listened to it the 20th time or so and understand it better, which I'm sure I will because I love that whip sound the guitar player's doing. This track has got a lot going for it. Great musicality blasting through the beat, and excellent guitar tracks. The vocal is strong and the harmonies work really well in there. For me, I would have upped the vocals a dB or two in the mix - there's a couple of points, where the guitar cuts through them a bit too much. I'm gonna admit it's not my favourite genre, but that's more because of what other people do with it than what you've done here. The breakdown is well done, and then into that guitar break which really motors. This is good work, deserves to be heard! Cheers, Chris
