Since we all have time on our hands now, I decided to go back and finish another 20+ year composition that Edd Merkel and I had started. This time around, besides playing drums, Edd also plays guitar on this song and is the initial composer. You can hear him say "Cha Cha, Yeah yeah yeah yeah" at the intro of the song. I play bass, guitar & lead guitars, and perform vocals and wrote lyrics for this track. I know this song and the previous "You Are The One" are a bit of a departure from my usual canon of material, but why not add some variety to your listening pool? I hope all of you are safe, healthy, and finding productive things to do with your time. Make sure you get enough sleep. May the light shine down on all of us and may we all rise above these testing and troubling times.

I hope everyone starts out this year on a positive note! My New Year's resolution is to FINISH and UPLOAD songs for all of you! While working on other projects, I completed vocals and additional guitar tracks on a demo that featured Edward Merkel on drums and Mark Wallace on bass. It is entitled "You Are The One (Change For The Better)" so what more appropriate time to feature this song than the first of the year? Everyone needs to try to "stay at your best but change for the better"! I know the genre of this song may be a lot different than my typical ballad material, but it still has a strong lyrical message throughout. The theme reflects the struggle between the individual you think you are and the one you know you can become. I like to compare it to the grunge era of Alice in Chains and Stone Temple Pilots. I will be uploading it hopefully today!

I have plenty of new songs that I've composed and I'm reworking some older songs that I haven't released yet. I'm currently finishing up a new song entitled "Love Will Come Around" that may feature a guest vocalist. If anyone is or knows someone in the media industry, let's get that network ball rolling!
