Born "Stephen London" in New Orleans La., This talented singer now goes by the name "Ijahman." Born "Stephen London" in New Orleans La., This talented singer now goes by the name "Ijahman." Starting off young in the arts and entertainment industry he began singing at the age of 17 when he was introduced to WYDL/FM 98s "Casandra Whear" who gave "Ijahman" exposure in the 1993 city-wide talent show, where he and his associate in music and high school under the name "Julio and the Rockmaster" won 1st place in overall rap category. Then later he went on to doing appearances on other artists cds either as backing vocals or stand-in voices on other artist tracks, such as "Dragonmaster showcase" and "Blacnificent." After that workning with other artist he moved to Houston Tx. and joined a band called "Cosmic Force" as the sound engineneer. Then when the band broke up he became the Keyboardist for the remaining band members of Cosmic Force which is now called "Idiginis" and released a Cd and appeared on a episode of ABCs "Wife Swap" with the band. Now he is working on a new debut album intilted "Footprints in the Wilderness."
