Music has always been a big part of my life, from growing up with parents that enjoyed a vast array of genres from jazz, rock & roll and classical, all the way to reggae and hiphop, I have always had an ear for rhythm. As life progressed, I gained an interest in musical instruments and love the truly personal sounds that resonate from the strumming of a guitar, or the melodic vibes of a piano. Even the punchy bass from a drumkit has always fueled my inner passions and inspiration to create art. I take pride in putting in a conscious effort to design and structure my music with thought and feeling so you can sit in front of your speakers and feel what I feel in every song.

My life has had its ups and downs as everyone has. I've never been one to hang my head and feel sorry for myself. I feel we all have the ability to change our situation for the better if we apply ourselves. After my parents divorced at the age of 9, I became an angry kid. Physical violence fueled by the lack of my father, and the negative memories during his presence caused me to feel lost. It wasnt until I was introduced to FL studio by a neighbor at 14 that i was able to find my true self in music. I grew within my abilities as a beat maker and had dreams to make a career out of this passion. It was at this time where I met up with what would turn into my best friend, and started creating music together. It wasnt until an unfortunate event which cost my friend his life in a shooting, that the feeling of being lost set in again. I spent years searching what I wanted out of life, and what it wanted out of me, but something always kept drawing me back to music. So thats exactly what I did. I started putting my experiences thru life and my personal stories into 16's and it turned out to be something beautiful.

My goals are first and foremost, to be the best version of myself I can be for my daughters (5 and 2 years old). I want to change my situation in life and ultimately use my love for music to do that. I want to be able to give them any and everything they imagine. I want to be successful in this industry. I want to be in that 1% and I am willing to do what 99% of other artists wont in order to get there.

My biggest musical influence would be Prince. He is a genius in every sense of the word and the music he created was fascinating to say the least. I'm also inspired by tragically hip, our lady peace, Pearl Jam, alice in chains, chase n status, Ransom, Ace hood, Rick Ross, Lil Wayne, Anthony Hamilton, Musiq Soulchild, Dave East, Tracy Chapman, Johnny Cash, and Lana Del Rey to name a few. I find the diversity in listening helps with my creativity. Given the nature of music, and how the industry has changed, musical influence is at an all time high. Listening to artists from different cultures, races, backgrounds, and genres only benefits my audio abilities. I have a deep interest for the way hiphop has grown, and diversified into a mainstream genre from its "underground" roots. The spotlight has never shined brighter then it is right now. From the far out style choices from artists such as young thug, xxxtentacion, and lil uzi vert, to the complete introduction to a new flow, emphasized by artists like, gunna, future, polo G, and Da baby to name a few. I feel that by incorporating a little bit of all these fresh, new ideas into one mold is exactly what I am aiming for.
