October 2003: Catlin, Joel, and Jon; three aspiring musicians, with one rockin' dream guiding them, but there was one obstacle yet... Who would be the bassist?! Stirring about their 3rd hour class, they pondered the options... And then they saw Josh. After a "rather lengthy" persuasion, the ensemble to be known as Infidel Smile had been formed! All that needed to be done now was to organize... Starting under the name Roadkill, the group would fly through two facelifts in the next 6 months, first becoming Dumb and then running the alias of Bums of Tomorrow. It is during the Bums of Tomorrow era that they would launch their first actual concert. In April of 2004, however, the final modification would be made. They had finally begun to create originals, and a new name had been chosen, and that was when Infidel Smile was born. Since then several tracks have been recorded and scores of shows played, and the next step is to perfect their art for recording. Will they succeed? Tune in next week to find out!
