Jake is a Folk/Rock & Blues troubador, social commentator and self-styled musician/poet/guitarist/humorist etc.
For further information...(expired link) Jake was on the road as a backing guitarist and support singer for a national entertainment celebrity, from age 19 - He moved away from this show-style music to learn more about the craft of songwriting, gravitating to Folk & Blues Clubs and learning guitar licks 'n' tricks from seasoned folkies and bluesmen.

He has done national radio and TV appearances and been a top 10 finalist in major songwriting comps, at home and abroad. He has had several of his songs picked up and recorded by award winning artists. Since his return to the music market, he has gained a few meaningful credits.

Jake got away from music for many years to pursue other interests, but is having one last hoorah before the lights are dimmed. He has another album planned for 2010 and aspirations to tour w/wide, either as an opener for an established band/duo etc or as a headline artist in his own right.
