Jamez Anthony combines traditional Hip-Hop, R&B lyricism, with Alternative-Pop choruses to create a sound all his own. Jamez refuses to confine himself to one sound and prides himself on being as versatile artist. Jamez Anthony was born in Champagne, IL. He later moved with his family to Tampa, FL at the age of 2. Growing up wasn’t easy, nor was his families transition from the mid-west to the “Dirty South”. It was this move in Jamez’s opinion that put him on a collision course with destiny. Jamez Anthony was introduced to his first love at an early age. That first love was music.


Whether it was DJing, producing or emceeing, it didn’t matter as long as music was involved. As Jamez’s talents grew there also grew the need to showcase his talents on a higher level. By the tender age of 16, Jamez was formally introduced to the art DJing. As time progressed his mixing gained him a lot of attention and eventually DJ Semaj the PuppetMastar was born.
