About Janice Peterson

Janice Peterson (Townsend) is a gifted and anointed psalmist and an international recording artist. A River Award Recipient and a two-time Prayze Factor Award Nominee. She began her singing ministry at the age of 7 in the junior choir at the Greater First Missionary Baptist Church in Houston, Texas where she and her parents worshipped. Years later, Janice moved her church membership and served in various areas of ministry throughout her church experience to include teacher, praise and worship leader and church elder. She was recently commissioned as an evangelist upon the recommendation of Glory of Zion International Ministries Commissioning Council, Founder and Senior Apostle Chuck Pierce, and the Voice of God Ministries, Founder Apostle Deborah DeGar.
