I have listened to Safe Haven and in my opinion, It is a nice song, it has a great flow, the melody is smooth and very interesting, I believe I can safely say, that it is a great sound for todays Gospel music, keep up the good work.

Strong musical intro; during he time of listening to the lyrics I got lost in the message that you were trying to present. It feels like there’s to much going on and not really connecting with me. Feel that it needs more melody to it and a build up to the message you’re looking to bring out.

This is a very different kind of song - kind of mystical. The lyrics are strong and the musical blend is good. The vocal on this is great and I feel that I should be more up front in the mix. To me it's the strength of the song but is not out front enough.

Beautiful song with a positive message. Performance and delivery on point. Studio productions could have been a little tighter as far as the overall production, mixing, mastering, etc. The talent and songwriting creativity definitely came through.

Jasper! Hello! So I listened to your song and I can hear your heart and emotion behind it. For starters, if I can give a little constructive criticism, I would say that the beginning was a little abrupt. Maybe you can ease into the song a little softer? The chorus was BEATY! Great job! I had a thought... what if you had a finger picking from a guitar? Like on the verses, to add a little depth? But again, just a little suggestion. I like how you emphasize the need to run to our Savior, away from all the pains of the world. Excellent work!

You can sing!! The song seems to rely heavily on the synth, which was overpowering the song, and I feel would be better being the piano, which we heard at the beginning and end of the song. The first verse seemed to have little structure or rhyme. The hook, Safe haven, keeps me in the song. I found it difficult to work out the timing 80-85 bpm?? until the bass came in in what I assume was the chorus which is best part of song . I would suggest to deconstruct the song and rebuild the verse. drawing the synth right back and having the bass underpin the whole song. Set your timing and work to a click and work on adding another harmony. I like the distance in the song but the vocal can't remain too far back

The song's introduction is majestic and sweet in it's simplicity... The vocals are very nice to the ears, and strong leading the song forward. The sound makes me feel like I'm in a church sanctuary which goes well with the title of the song. Safe Haven is a perfect title for this song - the song is beautiful and the melody and music are very soothing to the soul! I think the strings are a little loud, and some piano embellishments sprinkled in the background would have been a great compliment to this songs arrangement. The song needs a little more instrumental movement/accents but the dynamics are wonderful throughout. The vocals are pure and a delight to follow from beginning to end, showing off the vocal skills of the lead vocals - most excellent. I think this song is uplifting and a wonderful walk into God's presence. I can feel the anointing of God on this song, and leave edified and blessed to the max! I didn’t expect the song to go this way. It has an uplifting pop feel. I like the use of strings and sparse drum parts. Ialso think your harmonies are tight. If I had to make any critiques, It would be to get a tighter mix. Thanks for sharing.
