Well, the guitar riffs are just great, they sound good, maybe the drums are a little low in volume but this is something about taste, however it is alright so how it is too. Fun straightaway in introduction to what sounds a real fun sounding song. Bit like an original Ray Davies of the Kinks in places as well as Moukd old Dough by Leiutenant pigeon. Not sure about whether it is in the same realm of greatness as those previously afore mentioned performers and or releases. Fairly simple guitar rendition too I would have like to have heard and witnessed a considerable greater degree by definition of guitar genuine “pickin” it was an awful lot of just basic strumming with no recognisable amount of pickin at all. Overall though a bit of harmless fun.

If your a dustman this is the song for you........a bit of tongue in cheek song about garbage and recycling so very on trend......not really my bag(pun intended) but no doubt there will be an audience out there somewhere......use it,abuse it recycle it whatever turns you on to this comic ditty LOL

Garbage Pickin Blues review. this song is a strictly blues piece in the highest sense of the word. everything sounds in blues style as I said everything recalls the blues genre. personally it is not my favorite genre but I can give you a musical judgment that is certainly positive because all that there must be in a blues piece in your piece is therefore complimented and continues. good job

I love this song it is a good one because I was a sanitation engineer my self.i worked on the garbage truck for six years and I loved it brother.They did a good job on this song and I love it .The acoustics and vocals were good in this song.

It's catchy, makes you want to sing along. I think a great children's song, with a little modification. Get them before all those bad habits slip in and when Mom says take out the garbage please those lines about separating the bottles from the news will immediately come to mind. Love the sound of the piano on this, reminds me of an ole honky tonk, plus I love the blues too. Nice sound, good vocals and nice recording mix. I know that your lyrics say what needs to happen to our planet as we treat it like a dump but am not hearing how it ties into the Lord other than its not how we should be living as Christians but anyway , keep on keeping on with the tunes !

It sounds like this song is intended to be a fun way to introduce kids to the importance of recycling. While that is a worthy goal, I'm not sure it will succeed. Most kids don't have to go through the garbage and sort it into glass, plastic, etc., and it's fairly simple to teach them how to sort it on the way into the bins. So I'm not sure they will identify with the story painted by the lyrics. Musically, the recording is not very appealing. I can't picture kids liking it much. The honky-tonk piano sounds pretty hollow, and the lyrics are hard to follow. The songs starts with some lyrics about baby cats and a bicycle that I still haven't been able to make sense of, partly because I can't quite understand some of the words. The rhythm guitar is well-played and works well with the drum part, which appears to be synthetic. The overall feel is a little too harsh for kids. I have enjoyed reviewing other songs by this artist, and hope I'm wrong about this one.
