the rappers are excellent ,their timing , and interaction is really good . most importantly the vocals are right upfront. Now my reasoning behind , why not a ten. understand this ..... having a great song ( which lyrically this is ) , does not make a great record on its own. overall production , and presentation matter... a lot ....old saying a bad mix can ruin a good song , but a great mix won't make a bad song great..... that said......may more attention to your backing track , volume-wise it should up more in spots , it should be more interesting ( it is presently very static , and not helpful to the presentation ). also think three dimensionally when producing a mix. if you did all that this would be over the top a ten, but right now it isn't.... better mix on the track , and better integration of it with the vocals , and you got it.....ooops almost forgot i do love the song , but not as i hear it now .
