The Passing of my Mentor

As of Sunday, I learned that my mentor, band teacher and friend had passed away due to a rare lung disease. Although he was in line for a transplant, his disease took the best of him. As you all know, I don't usually produce music back to back but because of how much he meant to me, I decided to produce a song in his memory. You see, he was not only a great mentor and band teacher, he was a very accomplished Trumpet Player and could call out a single artist in a symphony of 150 if they were off key but just a little. Needless to say, he was incredibly gifted. Regardless, the song I wrote is called "The Unforgettable Trumpet Player". I do hope you enjoy it.
