J Craig Risk it all so in this request for a review JCraig does ask if this song has commercial potential. Well a lot of times an artist will have certain feelings about a song and it often goes well this or that part of the song could be better if only...? So does it have commercial potential? Well there is this annoying hook in it "risk it all" that is difficult to get out of your head once you hear it, the mix levels are good. It is very easy for me to think this song could blend into a hip hop spotify play list. The male vocal is smoother and nicer than the female back up vocal. I guess if it was me and I wanted to make the song even more hit worthy I would cut the song closer to 3 minutes EQ or re-record or change the singer on the back up vocal.

Risk It All review. this song is a strictly Pop piece in the highest sense of the word. everything sounds in Pop style as I said everything recalls the Pop genre. personally it is not my favorite genre but I can give you a musical judgment that is certainly positive because all that there must be in a Pop piece in your piece is therefore complimented and continues. good job

This Track, Risk The Mix of Hip Hop Rarely/ Pop/ & R&b. Rarely does one succeed with this challenge, so I Give It A Plus, for taking the challenge. (I Remember The Sucess of "War, What Is It Good For.).. The Mixer/Producer finds it hard to keep up with, so many things going on!!!, that said , I feel that the team did a good job, representing all genres.. The Beat Is Great. The lead vocals, are top-notch. The background vocals try hard to keep up the pace. The mix, could be better, but; all in all, I give this deficult track a 4.2

How we doing JCraig! I think the song idea in and of itself are great! I feel like the vocal falls into the beat a little too much. You can fix that by adding some compression to the vocal, or you can side chain the beat to attenuate when the vocal comes in. I think this would help with making sure the words come through. Overall I think you have some amazing elements. I think the mix has a lot of greatelements that kind of step on each other. Like the backing vocal. Its amazing. This person can really sing. It feels like she's placed in the center of the mix along with the lead vocal, and they compete for the listeners attention. I would pan it left or right, and maybe dial up the reverb to place the vocal a little farther behind the lead. I think its an amazing start. Thank you for the opportunity :) Rashon

One of the things I enjoy most about Number One Music artists is the newfound ability to hear music from around the world by singers who I'd never have the chance to listen to otherwise. That, in itself, is a great thing. Here, with this song the overly electronic intro sounds a bit dated, but JC's vocals are smooth and, frankly, awesomely mixed. The female backup singer adds just the right touch. Only my 4th 5* of 2019! Great job.

Music to dance, well sang and and well produce, with an interesting mixing, letting the main voice very in the middle of the instruments and giving an emphasis to the beat. Very cool bridge, I like it. I would say this is the style of songs made for the ESC.

Hey Musiklover, This Song ist very good produced. Die Hauptstimme ist wirklich sehr passend und die Begleitstimmen der Frauen im Chorus und in der 2. Stimme wurden gut zu diesem rhythmisch orientierten Musiktitel arrangiert. J Craig hat hier einen typischen Popsong vorgestellt mit leichtem Anklang an die 80 er Jahre. Ich finde das sehr hörtauglich. Insgesamt ist alles stimmig und tanzbar. Aber auch für eine Autofahrt sicher ein guter Begleiter, wenn man es etwas schwungvoller mag auf dem Highway. Der Inhalt ist- wie bei vielen Popsongs - ohne Ecken und Kanten, aber mit sehr guter Headline! Risk it all - ist eine gute Einstellung, wenn es um die Leben mit seinen Herausforderungen geht. Die Länge ist üblich und man wird schauen, ob Radiosender lieber eine 3.30 Version spielen oder der coole Sommersong auch so seinen Einsatz findet. Er ist es wert. Hier ist alles stimmig. Very nice something different Pleasant to the ears I like the way you flow with it I like the kind of R&B Soulful Jazz filled it was really really nice undertones were great a little bit more Melody would have done it a little bit of Justice like you know just throwing in some more at leaves in a couple of runs here and there that's just my personal opinion I'm not like a real popular but listening to the song I think that the harmonies could have just been brought out just a little bit more and the undertones couldn't just spend you know a little bit sharper and then you got something going so what I would say is just keep pushing and keep going of promotion is the key so as much as you can just promote promote yourself put yourself out there wherever you can go wherever you feel that it would help you out no just keep promoting to keep going stay blessed

You have a good idea for a song but It need a Lot of work ( this is not a Pop Song ) You need to make a better Arrangement as It is now is to plain and predictable...and a Quality of Recording is not up to Radio Ready Recording so before submissions try to make it better ..as You Know Music Publishers and Radio Stations are Very Hard to please ..Remember They Must be Impress and I do not think Your song is on That level.. good luck with submissions...

Good music! I really like this rhythm with the mixtures of voices appearing and disappearing while the main voice is drawing the melody that makes this song keep me captive of its rhythm! Very Nice!

Great job with the production of this one. There is a lot happening at the same time that moves this song along. But everything has it's own place. The panning of certain Instruments gives others the ability to dominate without clashing. There is a wonderful answer and call dance being accomplished between the lead and background vocals. Great job in selecting your female vocalist. What a wonderful and encouraging message in the direction that you chose to go in. This positive message is missing on the airways today. The beat of the song is actually very interesting. You remind me of an older artist... In terms of someone who sounds timeless.
