Meet Me (at Golgotha)

This year has been a time for change.

My wife and I went to a small island in the Pacific to visit her family early this year. Not long after, I lost my job, but we had already made the choice to move closer to my family in Arkansas.

I got a new position making more money within a month of losing the previous one, and moved in early December, and apparently just in time.

My dad is very ill, in the hospital with the 'virus that shall not be named'. Thankfully, he's not on a respirator, but he is on 100% oxygen with an oxygen mask attached to his head just so he can breath. He has several major problems because of other medical conditions, and the outlook is not great. While he will most likely survive, his quality of life may not be anywhere near where it was just a few weeks ago when he was refusing to eat, and drinking only diet sodas and orange juice (not exactly healthy...).

My album is, for obvious reasons, on hold, while my wife and I unpack and get everything set up before I start setting up my music equipment to complete the recording process. I was REALLY hoping to have it done this year, but too much has gone on. Timing is everything.

Meanwhile, I wish all of you the Merriest of Christmases, and the Happiest of New Years. Regardless of what happens with my dad, I know that God is faithful, and His Will be done.

Hi, everyone. Once more I'm letting everyone know that my new album is on hold. It seems like that's happened a lot lately, but when I can work on it, it's going quite smoothly, and for that I'm thankful.

My wife and I are heading out of the Country (technically, it's a US Territory, but we have to fly out of the Country to get there...) to visit her family. This will be my first trip out of North America, and my first time visiting her dad and our adopted children, whom her sister and her sister's husband takes physical care of while we lend our financial support.

We'll be gone for a while, but I'm hoping during this time of reprieve I can get a fresh perspective on the music I'm putting together, an opportunity to write more, fix any lyrics that need work, and maybe work on my new book.

I'll be gone the rest of May, but I'll be coming back with some much needed rest after working 6 years straight without a vacation.

Take care of yourselves, stay healthy and safe, and treat everyone you meet as if today is both yours and their last day on Earth.

Just wanted to send out a big THANK YOU to all of you listening, and checking in with me.
Your kind words are always appreciated.
I'm deep in the middle of my new album, tentatively titled 'Adapt', and so far there are three songs close to completion (out of 12 on my list to complete).
I've been working a full-time job, writing a book, and reading four other books, studying for my 2016 Excel MOS, my CMAP, and learning SQL and Power BI. If it sounds like a lot, it is. Thankfully, my wife is very understanding.
I appreciate all of you out there, and try to respond to every inbox mail I get from all of my fans. Feel free to drop me a line anytime and let me know what song(s) you like, and what song(s) if any you don't like. I have pretty thick skin.

Working on new material for another album finally. My wife is very encouraging. It's still in its nascent stage, but the ideas are flowing.

Hello to all my new and original fans.

First, I appreciate all of you who've emailed me, asking for more songs. I was trying to upload, but apparently there was an issue. I contacted the help center, and whatever was causing the problem has finally been fixed.
