Hi, everyone. Once more I'm letting everyone know that my new album is on hold. It seems like that's happened a lot lately, but when I can work on it, it's going quite smoothly, and for that I'm thankful. My wife and I are heading out of the Country (technically, it's a US Territory, but we have to fly out of the Country to get there...) to visit her family. This will be my first trip out of North America, and my first time visiting her dad and our adopted children, whom her sister and her sister's husband takes physical care of while we lend our financial support. We'll be gone for a while, but I'm hoping during this time of reprieve I can get a fresh perspective on the music I'm putting together, an opportunity to write more, fix any lyrics that need work, and maybe work on my new book. I'll be gone the rest of May, but I'll be coming back with some much needed rest after working 6 years straight without a vacation. Take care of yourselves, stay healthy and safe, and treat everyone you meet as if today is both yours and their last day on Earth. Jeremy Shorter
