I have not been in touch for a long time but wanted to let you know that I started an one cardio fitness dance class. I teach a 40 min dance class on Wednesdays at 10 am EST on Zoom. I play music from around the world and teach a range of dance styles (Afrocuban, Latin, lyrical jazz).
