About Jetglo
Jetglo formed in 2009 after each band member left their home
town and moved to the seaside cool of Brighton in search of a
band that fitted.
Influenced by classic guitar bands such as The Cure, Foo
Fighters, The La’s and The Smiths, ‘Big City Lights’ is packed
full of explosive, harmony laden guitar anthems; recalling the
halcyon days of 90’s Indie but with distinct nods to more
contemporary bands such as Editors and Catfish & The
Bottlemen.
Recorded at Organised Rhyme studios in Hove, the 10 tracks
are packed full of big choruses that are made for mass sing-alongs
- from the West Coast tinged ‘The Line’ to the epic ‘Hush
Hush’, the band brings a range of emotions to their songs but
all with the same great ear for melody.
Jetglo have an old school ethos - to play from their hearts every
time they take to the stage, and it's surely only a matter of time
before their catchy, classy songs worm their way into the heads
of you and many others.
