Yesterday I released a song entitled "You're Here". It is a song I have been anxious to release because it holds so much meaning for me. The song is about the relationship between my Uncle and I and how our music brought us so close. It also illustrates how the pain of losing him has left a hole in my life. While yesterday may have been Memorial Day here in the States, it was also my uncle's birthday so releasing it yesterday seemed to be the most fitting. I hope you enjoy the song. I wrote this song shortly after the passing of my Uncle Mike. He was a large part of my musical life and losing him back in November is still a struggle to deal with. I have chosen to release this song today, May 28th because it is his birthday and I wanted to do something special for his birthday to show tribute to him. Happy Birthday Uncle Mike. Love you Brother!!!!

Just spent the day shooting the footage for the video to my next release "You're Here". The song will release on May 28th and if today's success is any indication, it will be accompanied by a video put together by some extremely talented people. I am excited for you all to see it.

I started this journey on NumberOneMusic only three weeks ago, and thanks to you, No Tell Motel has hit #1 on the local charts and it is climbing the national chart as well. Your support is flattering and I will continually strive to give you the best of what I have to offer in every song I post.

"Doin' What I Love" is the latest song that I have posted. The song was written by Mike Andrews (my uncle) about himself. He has always been a big part of my life, especially when it came to music. Mike was lost to us in November of last year and now my music career has taken a new path, one that puts me on stage without him.

On May 28th, I will be posting my next release titled "You're Here". It is a tribute song to Mike. We are currently working on a video as well and with a little luck, everything will be posted at the same time. I hope you enjoy it as well.

Today I am uploading an new single titled "Doin' What I Love". This song was written by my uncle and
is basically a few flashes of his life. He wrote this song after looking at some pictures of himself when he was younger and it inspired him to put the story behind the pictures into words. It is a song he performed very well and was always a fan favorite when we played out. On November 2nd of 2017, he was lost to us. He was more than an uncle to me. He was my music mentor, friend and brother. We did may things together but music was the biggest commonality we shared. On May 28th, his birthday, I will be posting a tribute song I wrote for him and if all goes well, it will be accompanied by a video. Until then, I hope you enjoy my rendition of his song.

Uncle Mike, this one is for you.

My daughter is an english teacher out here with her students ranging from 1st to 6th grades. Her school wide class project was for the students to write a school song in english using a melody line I wrote. I had offered to perform live the finished product if they did a good job. Yesterday I made good on my promise. The kids were an absolute joy and between them and the faculty, the visit couldn't have been any more enjoyable.

I performed the song alone, then we did it together as a group. That was followed up by a question and answer session, a small performance which included next week's release (Doin' What I Love), and an autograph session. I'm hoping you enjoy the new song as much as they did.

Hello all.

These are exciting times. I have been in the recording studio working on a new EP and it is going very well. I am really enjoying the process and it has motivated me to write on a more regular basis. Listening to the song develop is a lot of fun and I can't wait to share it with you. I know there is no way I can wait until the whole project is completed before I release it, so I'm not even going to try. My plan is to release a new single every few weeks so that I can give you new music to listen to. I expect post the next track (Doin' What I Love) in 2 weeks. New to this site and already loving it. So many great artists.

I am cleaning up some tracks now and plan on adding more in the next few weeks. The one I am most excited about will be released on May 28th. It is a tribute song for someone who was recently lost to my family and someone I was very close to.

Meanwhile, please enjoy "No Tell Motel". This song was inspired from the stories of a coworker who, prior to working with me, worked in the corporate world and the wild stories he had about the company Christmas parties. He gave me so much material to work with that it was hard to decide what story line to play off of. Hope you enjoy.
