My daughter is an english teacher out here with her students ranging from 1st to 6th grades. Her school wide class project was for the students to write a school song in english using a melody line I wrote. I had offered to perform live the finished product if they did a good job. Yesterday I made good on my promise. The kids were an absolute joy and between them and the faculty, the visit couldn't have been any more enjoyable. I performed the song alone, then we did it together as a group. That was followed up by a question and answer session, a small performance which included next week's release (Doin' What I Love), and an autograph session. I'm hoping you enjoy the new song as much as they did.
