i am guitarist and have been noodling with the guitar since the year 1976
. All of the music on "the bands & lost recordings" was written and arranged by joe infantini, except where otherwise noted , which is tracks 21,24,26,28,33,34,36,37 written and arranged by joe infantini & tom "Earthquake " Doud

" Mississippi Queen " written and arranged by mountain in 1969 ( only available on the cd version )
i began noodling on a guitar since around the age of 9 when i didn't know how to play but tried to anyway and recorded most of it ,.what began to happen was the process of listening and an understanding of playing writing and arranging
.i began recording after discovering my sisters tape recorder and the comedy skits she was doing with her friends i thought to myself
" wow,you can record anything what a concept "
so 25 plus years later i have well over 100 cassette tapes ,the medium that i used to use, now,it's all digital recordings also transfer from analog to digital.

"scandal feast" & "no job too small" - all band members listed , in an "audio mutation" form as well as joe drummer & bill bassist on the very first section of "scandal feast" , i only know joe & bill's first name cause i only jammed with them once on a cold grey november day in 1992.
"no job too small" is an "audio mutation" it includes a conversation that was recorded, simply because it's easier to record than it is to write down all your verbal ideas, featuring me and drummer stu from (expired link) we were having a band meeting and began laughing, captured forever on an audio recording...
Here is a list of each song with brief info:
1) *threshold* - i did this in 1 take,standard tuning
2) *telling of the story* - 3 takes standard tuning
3) *tribe* - 1 take for first rhythm guitar, about 5 or 6 for the second rhythm guitar, there was alot of tension in the studio, we did this song so good at rehearsals, here is the tuning DADADD
