Because I do not have English language proficiency, I will focus on music. What I felt listening to his music was a sense of peace, like a sunny Sunday walk with birds singing happily and I still have dreams to perform and loves to feel, what I heard was a simple song with a simple orchestration more well placed making the parts of the song proceed in the most natural, his voice is perfect for that kind of musical aesthetics, success and big hug.

Ajoe has a pleasant easy to listen to voice, although I don’t care for the old fashioned backup vocals. This song has a positive message and upbeat style that will appeal to baby boomers and people from the northern part of our country.

The vocals are skillful and wonderful...but they sound a little "flat" (in terms of quality, not pitch lol)....I am wondering if maybe it is a microphone issue? As in: you need a different/better microphone? Or maybe just some EQ adjustment, I don't know. Anyway overall the track is very nice. Really the only thing I can think to suggest is to enhance the guitar sounds and tone down the keys. But that is just a personal preference, I guess.

The intro feels like a story and the singer has a rather unique voice and sympathetic vocal projection. The lyrics comes from the heart and touches the soul. The refrain is lovely and makes the meaning of the song engaging for me. The song is not overly complex. There is immediately a great space with a perfect played acoustic guitar which carries the recording. The sound from the keyboards make it complete. The backing melody is forced by a repeating organ sound. This extra factor brings additionally beauty into the song. I find it extremely good and Joe Meyer has great talent. This is definitely a professional composition. But why do I tell this? Well, you might be a music fan looking for the light at the end of the tunnel for good music. Although I don't like the organ sound in the intro, I must admit that once the song has really started, it sounds much more convincingy : the vocals, the lyrics are vety effective -the writing, the singing are both pleasant, well the whole things sounds good ! Nothing new, but a taste for arrangements (the strings, the vocal harmonies..). I am not a specialist, but for me it is a good track, although I would make the choruses stand out more clearly (the backing struts along without any particular break for choruses, I think it is a pity). Apart from that : well done Joe ! Oh, and please, find another sound for the organ, I really think it is not right ! Phil, France.

Hi Joe. Nice song. There is certainly something sunny to it. It's a good recording, though I'm not too fond of the mellotron in it. The singing is nice and you have really developped your own style, which is definitely to be appreciated. The chord scheme is very original and there's a nice and fair part of swing in this song. I think it would have been even better if you'd put a shuffle-drum on it and cut down the easy-listening, turn it into somewhat more jazzy/swingy style. Hey. I'm glad to hear that song, it brings me good feelings. When I first heard Give me a Sunny Day, I tried to remember some connections in my mind that give some memories to classify that song. Then I thought B. J. Thomas, James Taylor, Cat Steavens and a bunch of good songwriters that I've heard in my live. However Joe Meyer has is own personality and he does his work with profeciency. His songs are perfect to listen with your family, in a barbecue with friends or work coleags, but especially in the begening of a sunny day, sorry about that joke. Furthermore Joe's voice is really beautiful. The instruments are very well played. Thus don't forget to hear this song and all the work of Joe Meyer, it's thrully worthwhile.
