By coincidence, March 27 is National Joe Day. It is obscure how this day started, but it is a day when you can call anyone Joe or Jo. Of course, I am partial to any day that celebrates 'Joe.' You can celebrate with a cup of Joe and Sloppy Joes, although I think I might prefer a beer with mine. By the way, here is a great healthy recipe for Sloppy Joes by beautidiva. And make sure that you are wearing your Joe/Jo tee shirts. It's just a fun thing to do. Finally, I hope that whatever you do, you have a wonderful day - full of sunshine, music and magic.
