About John and Wayne

We are two carpenters with a passion for (expired link) style is what we like to call Cumbrian Folk Music. We were working around the UK in 2001 when we joined Aquarian Nation Records and recorded our debut album 'Nearly Killed Keith'. The lyrics tell the story of life away from home working on dreary building sites when all the while we were just wanting to live our childhood dream of being musicians. As soon as the album was released we began a busy touring schedule with the likes of Jools Holland, Francis Dunnery, Chris Difford, Glenn Tilbrook, Paul Young, Belinda Carlisle, Homespun and Marti Pellow. We are currently working on our second album which will hopefully be released early this year. More tour dates are to be added soon.
