This is a great song. It’s very different in so many ways I can’t describe. I want you to continue keeping up the good work and making good music for all of us. Your voice is on point and it matches the vocals and the instruments to the song. The background vocals are on point and they collaborate with your vocals. the first thing that hits you is that the mix is a lot cleaner than before, but the use of the canned applause is now over the top and sprinkled thru the entire tune. One general rule of thumb is that if it doesn't add to the song, it doesn't belong in the mix. This rule seems to be lost here. Two other points which I hope can help in future mixes. Rule number one- the music is only the life support for the vocals, they need to be forefront in the mix and clear enough to be made distinguishable. Period. Use of effects, including auto-tune need to be transparent. Rule number two- if its not played in tune leave it on the editing room floor! Guitar bends that do not quite make it to the note are actually painful to listen to for anyone with relative pitch, and a lot more industry pro's have that then you think. If you want to get your music out there you have to make sure to take your time to get the notes where they belong. Overall a big improvement, almost there.

Yeah - that rocks! I feel compelled to listen again. The ruff distorted guitar sound and great drummer puts one immediately into the right mood. From stanza to chorus great piano and various keyboard sounds making the song complete. John Anthony´s unique vocals bringing really a strong feeling into the song. The lyrics and the message make the meaning of the song engaging for me. The music isn´t simple arranged, especially in the fills. Imaginative transitions making the song lively and creative. Fantastic played e-guitar solo in the bridge increases this recording and is another extra factor. Powerful song influenced by Rock and Pop Music in perfect orchestration.

This particular song is a nice song but it sounds pretty dated in its style and writing. I'm not certain you are looking for reviews on anything that you are writing currently or simply getting opinions on your older material. A lot of your songs, as I have previously mentioned in my earlier reviews, are very well written and could be contenders with a little reworking in a studio. But many of them seem like they are more of a walk down memory lane for you. All I can tell you about this one is it appears to be a live performance some time ago and was more current sounding at that time than now. I hope you are taking some of my advice about re-recording some of the better ones. Good luck!

Being asked to review an ARTIST like J A S is like being asked if I think God exists... hmmm....Well I'd have to say he does. If a human being can divine such powerful guitar riffs and melody through a voice to break rocks, it's a true gift. In one word HEAVENLY. It can build energy to lead you into the final lines.
