Music had great sounds and tones that really grabbed my attention. Songwriting and vocals were on point and brought as much to the song as the music. Very well made and I really did enjoy it a lot. This is a very nicely written REO Speedwagon-esqe song. Cleanly played piano line opens up the song and lays a platform for the vocals, which, while still laid too far into the mix come across very nicely. Closes the way it opens, with a lonely piano taking the outro. A few notes, the wailing guitar line at the end does not do the song much justice, more from the actual tone and how prominent it is in the mix. Another note is how distracting the canned crowd noise is, Its not really fooling anyone, and the song stands or falls on its own, the "crowd" applause doesn't make it valid. This is a well written piece, let it make its own statement.

I feel movie vibes with this record. i could hear this record as a theme on a movie about a man who lost the love of his life and has been single for many years and a suitable lady starts to notice him and they start to hit it off but he feels guilty because he visits his love's grave everyday. finally one day he visits the grave with the lady he has interest in and she understands his feelings and they finally hook up and it works out. the end. sorry my imagination is hilariously funny but yea nice tune.

I almost cried and then it changed and gave me hope. John I really think you have some great talent. I hope you keep on writing and share your beautiful heart and talent with us all. This seems like a well structure composition you have written. It is always pleasant to hear a song start off with only piano and vocal and end with the same. And then the big kick in after the first chorus works well with many songs, as in this one. I would probably try looking at avoiding using lines like 'one more time before I die' and search for a line that could come off a little less harsh to the listener. But all in all, you have a nicely written song here that worked for you at some point in your life. I don't know what you are doing with all the songs you've posted on here for review, but I would like to see something that you are currently writing to see how your chops have gotten over the years. This is a great song, very well produced, excellent playing and via. The mix is perfect, matching the multiple stylistic approach to the song. I am really impressed. Stratford has turned out some excellent musical talent. Something in the water?

I always look forward to listening to John Anthony Sauciers music. It's well written always a great story line. On this track , one more chance at love, ofcourse has a sound all its own. John has incredible great voice great piano and guitar work!!!

I like the song and the arrangement. The lyrics are good and heart felt. Good guitar work on the lead it could fade out of the lead a little more subtle. Hits some sour notes around the end of the song. The mix could be better, can’t hear the kick and needs acoustic guitar or something more on the verses. The chorus melody left me hanging needs to grab attention better. Crowd cheer is inconsistent throughout if this is really a live performance. Vocal is good in tune and has a nice texture to it. Over all good song and with some attention to detail in the mix could sound more professional.

Sounds great as far as composition. Needs to run through a booster to get more volume my speakers are all the way up and it's still quite. The vocals have potential. it just need more emotion in the beginning.

One of the things I enjoy most about Number One Music artists is the newfound ability to hear music from around the world by singers who I'd never have the chance to listen to otherwise. That, in itself, is a great thing. Here, with this song the appearance of a live performance is kinda cool. Vocally, this is fine - but the level or mix of this leads the singer relegated to more of a background sound. The rest of the songs blends as a nice springtime surprise.

There is really nothing wrong with this song. It has melody and competent musicianship, two vital ingredients for making good music. The only thing I would change is ad backing vocals for the chorus. That might make the song more radio friendly. But going by the sounds of the audience on the recording it looks like you've got plenty of fans already! Keep up the good work.

Nice melody. If you can find the right vocalist for this it will turn out well. I write in many genres and even though I do sing I realize that to be true to the song I have to be willing to record with the right vocalist even if it is not myself.

One more chance at love By John Anthony Saucier OK so while the song profile says Rock, pop and country this songs like 100% old school country which is certainly better than new school pop country. That is when John Anthony Saucier sings One more chance at love you don't think he's singing about a another guy. The songs keyboards remind me a bit of a famous song by Bruce Hornsby and the range. The audience reminds me of something that musicians have lost at the time of this review as it is at the beginning of Corono virus time and the world is shutting down. This should be a reminder that musicians perhaps now need to be supported online and probably by the people who made big scale piracy easy like Bill Gates and Microsoft. Indeed it is a time to wonder if "One more chance for love" is all your gonna get, so the song is current and with the times. Decent straight ahead country that should not apologize for not being pop and with the current times it is a good idea for radio to remind the public that people who are a little older are people as there is currently some doctors playing god guessing who might survive based upon age.
