Well thought out ,lead works well with the rhythm and nice Ballance between the instruments. Reminds me of the stones meets Lou gram. Good tune keep up the good work. Vocals could be a little clearer, add some harmonies to the chorus.

Ein schöner Rocktitel der sicher ins Ohr geht die stimme hat einen gewissen wiedererkennungswert.Der Mix ist leider nicht so mein Ding da alles ein bischen durcheinander klingt Daher von mit nur drei einhalb Sterne,

Nice little rocker
Cheesy distracting crowd noise aside, what we have here is a nice little rocker, nicely presented and simply performed well. The formula has worked for 60 years, and works here as well. Not over reaching and performed within the ability set of the musician/musicians, its refreshing to hear that the notes are just where they belong and the song itself is first, and not the instruments, specifically the guitar. Again, the Vocals need to be out front just a bit more, but this was far easier to understand than many other submission and allows one to enjoy this catchy little tune.

Lover review
This particular song starts out with a strong standard rock guitar groove and sets up the vocals to carry a nice melody throughout the song. I still emphasize that the canned applause is not necessary to make this song better. If anything, it distracts from the real meat of the song. My suggestion would be to add harmonies to the vocals at the normal areas. Keep doing what you're doing.

If someone thinks that love and peace is a cliche that must have been left behind in the Sixties, that's his problem. Love and peace are eternal. The best love affairs are those we never had.Bird in the hand is worth two in the bush.

Great Track
Good one John...I can hear the bass Now...I still think that maybe you should have female vocals maybe just in the chorus .... I know that it cost more money, but your dead for a long time...lol....Guitar is great and the song reminds of back in the 70s....Rock and roll will never die....Hip Hop and that shite does...Your character brings the life to the song....don't forget to Breath in the pauses and smash it out.Take care....Nik.

Straight Ahead Rock and Roll!
John Anthony Saucier serves up a full plate of good ‘ole straight-ahead rock and roll! Driving guitars, strong bass and an infectious backbeat. His voice is strong and reminds me of a cross between Bob Seger and early Joe Cocker. The song is pure driving rock. The “live” aspect of the recording adds an immediacy often lost in today’s “canned” recordings. Rock on, Saucey one!

80s flavored pop rock number
This track has the 80s rock back beat and that era guitar sound. Vocals in tune with a bit of an Eddie Money influence. Lyrically simple love song with the usual baby baby I love you type phrasing which is fine, but not for everyone. The added piped in audience applause is ok, except for mid-song IMO. I think 80s guitar based medium tempo pop rock sums it up.

Review of "Lover" by John Anthony Saucier
This is a definitely a rockin' tune, with excellent musicianship. That said, I found the the two main chords that are the basis of the verse to be pretty basic - A to E. Its a lot to ask to base an entire tune on two chords repeated over and over. The bridge chords are engaging and I liked the changes. More could have been done with the ending - which was OK, but I would have done a fade out with an active lead guitar. The vocal is pretty raspy but appropriately stylish for a rock tune. I suspect I would enjoy the tune more to see and hear it performed live than the recording - the applause within the track conveys that. There is good energy. This is much better than most of the stuff you hear on Number One Music and elsewhere.

This song rocks!
Great rock-guitars accompanying the song perfectly well and bring authenticity into the music. The band obviously enjoyed making music together. Powerful drums and all instruments are exactly where they should be on track. The tenacity of the song is forced by distorted e-guitar sound and stand out. This extra factor brings increasing feel into the song. The unique vocals of the singer sounds spontainious and lively. Catchy lyrics about love and overall good example of contemporary rock music. This song could be played in any bar and rocks the house. Listen to the song and I´m sure, you will like to add it. Let others know your recommendation.
