Good lyrics, Nice piano sound as well . Good chorus hook . The Bridge could use a little something like a guitar of piano solo. The backing vocals work well . The melody of the song is done well. Keep it up

Hi John! Thanks for submitting this song for review! I think the composition as a whole is really solid! Its sounds like it was done with some live instrumentation. I think it sounds great! The main issue I have with the composition is that the vocals are in the music instead of sitting on top of them. This makes it hard to understand what you're saying. There are a couple ways to fix this in the mix in a studio recording by adding on some reverb, or just turning up the vocal channel. You could also use parallel compression to bring it out more. I really feel that's all this track needs. Keep up the good work sir! -Rashon Medlock

Sometimes a song really suits the artist. This is one of them. It suits your style, your vocal quality and your musical tastes. You should probably add some background vocalists to beef up the chorus but the song and your performance works. Nicely done!

Thanks for giving me the opportunity to write a review for this song, John, very early in the song I get the John Lennon-vibes, suitable tyhis time o year as he passed away Ocotober 9. Your voiceis of course different, but the kind of song and the feeling of the 70´s on this song is lovely. As I am a fan of the music from the 60´s and the 70´s tis is my kind of music. I like the melancholic feeling the song creates in me and the way you pronounce the title words in the song "You alreday know", Congrats to a beautiful song, John.
