Sorry we can't take credit for this new song NEW WORLD by Bjork from the movie sound track Dancer In The Dark. One of the few rare birds ON A SUN decided to cover. If you ever come to an ON A SUN show don't expect your favorite cover songs. We play only obscure underground covers that turn us on. But for the most part "ALL ORIGINAL". I hope you enjoy this version of NEW WORLD. We really enjoyed recording it and always enjoy performing it with it's MOUNTAIN of sound. MORE TO COME!!!

ON A SUN has now released a couple of songs off of their album WATERSHED. CANYONS and INDEPENDENCE hopefully will find their way into your day. Crank'em up and let me know what you think. Thanks for all the great support you have given us. The music we make is for you. As long as you dig it we will keep the tunes coming! Thanks Again... CRANK IT UP!!!! oh yea, I forgot to mention the '57 telecaster that was used on the rhythm track. I wish it was mine....
The song CANYONS has a guest appearance by musician and composer Peter Buffet who composed and slammed the amazing performance on the wurlitzer key board. His performance wonderfully haunts the track in his ghostly fashion of minimalistic note placement. This tune forever will be one of my all time ON ASUN favorites!!!

About ON A SUN
ON A SUN - A band of brothers. True brothers. We grew up in a musical family. Grand parents, aunts and uncles, family gatherings where everyone was singing and playing songs together. Can you imagine?? Everyone aspired to excellence in pursuit of mastering their instrument. A rock band was a departure from the family norm of playing the classics. But John, Michael and Thomas were stung by the rush of writing and performing rock music. We broke from the mould and dove in head first. After playing in various line ups together ON A SUN was formed in 1999 and sort of went on hiatus around 2008. The band still gets together writing and recording and occasionally performing.
