Hello Family and Friends & All Supporters, First off I would like thank everybody who took the time out to view my story. I recording artist Johnny Knox founded "Guerrilla Mob Empire" in September 2010 after being approached by label a&r's from Interscope Records & Atlantic Records with record deals I ultimately didnt feel beneficial for my longevity in the music industry. With the little money I had from selling "We Mobbin" T-Shirts i used it to get the official logo created, I also start the term "We Mobbin" which is heavily used in today's culture, and also took other parts of the money for studio time that made "S.O.A.H (Story of a Hustler)" that came out in September 2012 which after then I was approach by Def Jam Records which was a better deal than the last two offers but I still feel like it wasn't beneficial to me as an artist or the founder of my brand/label so from then I vowed that I would take the independent route. Three years later after dropping music and making more connections within the industry,I am excited to let you know that we will be releasing my EP "The Black Charles Luciano" in May 2015. This is only two months away and there are NO words for how this defining moment makes me feel and what can come from this! There are so many names in the entertainment industry who is rooting for me to succeed from dropping this EP...that this would be a HUGE breakthrough moment for me!! You, the supporters have been supporting me from day 1 so it is only right i give you something that will hold up to the anticipation surrounding it. Now it's the right time to get the music & The Guerrilla Mob Empire brand OUT TO THE WORLD!! I have an certain big names in the industry who loves what I have contributed to the culture even though it hasn't been recongized by the masses yet but would like to see how successful I can make this EP for me before they will contribute to my brand. I have so many ideas i want to bring to life and i know everything can become true through the success of this EP, from movies, fashion, television, books, and providing the platform to help other artists so they don't have to feel obligated to go the major label route and be stuck in a contract that won't be healthy to their craft! I would be lying if I told you that every morning I wake up is amazing or that I feel great every minute of every day, but what I can tell you is that I was not born to live life for myself. God gave me the knowledge and the motivation to be in a postion to help the next man and that's exactly what i am going to do with my platform. Every gift he has given me works best when I am positioned to help others, a blessing i won't ever take for granted!! This is why I made hard decisions to make room for this life!!!
