I've been playing and singing in bands since my late teens; recording both in studios and in home set-ups since I was about twenty. What you hear here is a mix of sessions from the 1980's to the present. Some of these sessions were initially produced through the kindness and generosity of King / Reverend Solomon Burke who was a good friend and an AMAZING presence; vocally and personally!
My Chicago roots can show up in any and all of my work. Chicago was a melting pot of all musical genres and most were heard on the radio day and night....they just became part of the fabric of life!
