Hello all you lovely people around the world tuning in to my/ our music, thank you. I've been a little quiet as far as gigs go, but I have had a life changing event happen just one month ago. Well I am now a great grand poppy, my beautiful little man is the apple of my eye and my heart is overflowing with love for him. Hence the beer for celebration. As far as recording goes I have been to the studio and recorded 2 cover songs, one as attached to this email..I am I Said and the other In The Ghetto, both uploaded to no1music for your enjoyment & I hope you get some pleasure from listening to the 2 songs. I would love to put out a new album but being an independent artist it is a little hard as life things come first. Marion my music buddy is doing well with her songwriting, she was short listed in the Australian Songwriting Association Awards for 2024 so she is excited about that. Also she has commenced a 1 year Masterclass Songwriting Academy Course and is really enjoying the challenges of writing songs to a certain creative structure instructed by her mentors. I am singing this week at a songwriting function, it of course must be original songs so I am singing 4 of our originals that are on no.1music maybe I can get some pics to upload. I am really looking forward to performing again. The last big country music festival I performed at was in July, 4 days of full on singing to a very apprehensive audience which I thoughly enjoyed. I was thinking of retiring but now I don't think that is a good Idear, I will continue while my health hold up..as I love singing, it's the biggest part of who I am, it keeps me happy & focused.
