Johnny and the Boys have released their new CD and already the music world is taking notice.

In an article titled "JOHNNY STAATS COMES ROARING BACK", John Lawless, editor of "Bluegrass Today" commented, "all the tracks (save two) are Staats compositions with a more traditional bluegrass sound than some of his earlier music, although the blues influence is still apparent."
