I’m so excited to share some news about my progression and evolution as a human being with all of you. I have over the past year or so been teaching meditation as well as yoga. I have gained so much from my meditation practice and I really love sharing these methods of gaining clarity and how people can get in touch with the peaceful and joyful versions of themselves.

I know this isn’t music related but if anyone of you has heard about meditation and can’t quite seem to get started, I would love to be your teacher and guide you to higher states of consciousness and better versions of yourselves. I am offering online courses which will be up on my new website in a few weeks but the way I can really help best is by one-on-one teaching methods. I do this through Skype or zoom meetings or in person if you are in my area! I also offer group classes and sessions for all ages.

Hello all of you absolutely gorgeous people! I feel so honored to have 500 steady fans that subscribe to my page. I have so much in store for all of you and it's all happening very fast. Hi Everybody!

Hello all of you beautiful people!

I know it's been a few weeks since I last sent out anything about the progress of our music so I thought I'd take a minute to keep you all up to date. We have a bunch of shows coming up in NYC towards the end of the summer and into fall. I will also be booking a tour for any of you that aren't around the east coast area! Hi to all my fans out there! Thank you so much for keeping my song in top 100 charts for all of the state of New York!
