Jr / DaFifth was Born and raised in Fall River, MA and is the son of an established guitarist for major studio session recordings from the early days of R@B.
Being surrounded by music he developed the love for it. Starting in the early hip- hop days he began DJing, which set the spark for the
fire that has been lit ever since.
Knowing music was going to be his life he began to
grow learning how to sample and put beats together to evolve. So being in-tune with the music he also new he was going to have to grow with the music or be left behind so he began to learn how to play guitar taking lessons and learning music theory to create his own sound.
By the time he was 18 years of age he got a deal with Warner Bros and moved from Fall River, MA to Minnesota where he began his professional music career. Now in the industry he was recording in
studios like Paisley Park Studio and meeting artists like Prince, George Clinton, Pink Floyd and more. Performing in shows from Chicago to Minnesota to his hometown were some of the experiences he encountered.
But like most young artists who are new to the industry, management and his label made bad decisions; so the journey ended. But now with a full and better understanding of what he was meant to do, which would be “production” it seems to be right were he wanted to be in the first place.

On top of the tv publishing’s, he has also has worked with artists such as platinum recording artists from RCA and universal, the legendary R@B group Tavares and Adrian Marcell from Columbia records. Most recent signed artist was R@B singer from Atlanta who is signed with Motown Malachi Warren.
He has done production that helped artists jump start there careers in getting professional recording companies to notice there talent, such as Malachie Warren from Atlanta, Alex Jay from Baltimore and Brejan Tavares from New Bedford MA who were all offered deals from the demos created by Jr / DaFifth.
