Described as 'Urban folk', Julia Harris is always pushing the boundaries of acoustic music. Arguments rein over whether she is 'urban acoustic' or 'funk-folk', but trying to categorise Julia's approach is really missing the point.
Her disarmingly honest, and highly personal songs, give us a special insight into the real Julia. Whether head-over-heels-in-love or fleeing the unwanted attentions of a flasher, Julia's unique sense of storytelling continues to capture the hearts and minds of audiences across the country.

Since releasing her debut album 'Colour Bomb' ((expired link)) in the summer of 2013 after a long break away starting her family, Julia has toured extensively once again across South Wales and the UK festival circuit. Her claim to fame has always been supporting the likes of Damien Rice and Welsh songwriter Amy Wadge (ED Sheeran).
