Song Reviews
Love it!
Jazzy and Housey! I love the fusion. This track has an old- school Chicago house/pop feel with the vocals and gets a lot of energy from the jazzy trumpet sample. its a great track. GREAT WORK!

Keepin' it Funky too! this is in and out of the box and mixin' it all up. I think you got it goin' on and I dig that sax! I would dance to this for sure, no question. I don't know if this piece could be improved, kind of perfect.

Fresh Funky Feel
Song has a nice Funky feel to it. I wish the horns in the background were brought out a little more to give it that extra push into the Funk realm. The female lead has a pleasant voice and holds her own very well!! Overall very nicely done and fun to dance to!

Groovy!
I am so loving this song! A fantastic groove and vocals. The sax set's up nicely as well. I love the old school hip-hop references in the spoken-part too. My suggestion that they need to bring up the low end in the mix. They have the "BAP" all together with some nice syncopation of instruments and voices, but it needs a little more boom to really take it over the top. I am growing to be a fan of this band! Keep up the good, funky work!

Good dancing!
Aix En Provence, France's Just'In Black has created a fun and very danceable tune entitled You Are. The female vocal work is excellent as are the rhythm layers and overall production. Well done!

Made in France...
French dance music and R'n'B has been during the last 20 years something very important in Europe so Important that I also have recorded and produced an album in Paris, were I studied some sound enginnering in a local Studio. France is grea with pop and rock artists too. Just'in Black & Mademoiselle Pic isn't a surprise, they sound good, they have a good Groove and feel. You shoul give a chance to this production, just remeber that great american Dance hits from the 70's and 80's were produced by French producers, (Village People, Ritchie Family, Cerrone, Patrick Juvet, etc.). keep on doin' good music.

Refreshing Sound
This is what I exactly ordered, something smooth and different with a bit of old school for a Friday night with a glass of wine in my hand. I really like the You Are, it's a fun song with that awesome female vocal female plus the clap your hands everybody part really taking me back in time. The arrangement is simple but effect and the use of minimal instrumentation makes the song not sound clouded and the tempo is just right, not too fast and not dragging either. This is a great song Just'in Black. I like your music overall for you never disappoint, keep up the good the work keep the tunes coming. Awesome!!!!

Energized
Hooked from the top... Pulsing rhythm moved from my head down to my feet . This track demands some claps and snaps . Loved the mix of instruments making it happen," you are " is moving in the right direction . Be successful , Be Blessed

Yeah... You are
It has a good rhythm, drive. I did listen to some other stuf of Just'in, but this track sounds more authentic. The more house music doesn't compare white the funky stuf thats sounds really cool. You should more focus on that funk music. It's way better then most other's. It give's me the feeling, back in the seventies/eighties like Motown. Well anyway, maybe it's a matter of taste, but i really prefer this kind of funky music. I love it.

Yes!!
Digging the groove and the beat, this tune is definitely in the funk groove. Really grooving to the voice and beats. Really well put together you can feel the groove and that is what matters more. Keep it up!!!

You are
Toujours cette voix, qui n'a pas de nuance trop cacophonique a mon goût on dirais que chacun pour son compte. La mélodie est très pauvre je m,ennuis un peu en écoutant ce titre mais bon ce n'est que moi la musique est un language universel
