Funny song this is, but on the other hand it has something. You can like this or you don't. Nothing in between. It's sounds pretty naive and i think on purpose. If so, you guys dare to make music that is completely different of what we are usually used to hear. How the music is composed is really good and everything fits In all perspectives. Musically speaking, like i said before you like it or you don't. If you asked me, well it's not my taste, But i can hear the difference in musical quality.

A very strange musical arrangement that sounds thinning in parts due to a poor choice of eq and instruments. The vocals are also very thin and dry and could use a double track delay and some tight reverb. The opening guitar licks could use a dose of the same. The song has a style similar to the violent dems so I would look to their stuff for ideas as to how to polish this stuff up. Try using some of the tech and signal chains they used

Really fun song. I enjoyed how it brought me back to the days I was hanging at CBGB's listening to the Ramones . I would love to see you really do a full production and mix of the song. Keep it up!

A DIFFERENT TAKE ON VOCAL DELIVERY HERE IN AN ENGLISH JONNY ROTTEN KIND OF WAY VERY ENGLISH ROOTS AND ACCENT NO TELLING WHERE THESE GUYS HERITAGE LIES I LIKE THE RANDOM GUITAR LEAD AND TONE WITH KILLER DRUMS THE VERSES ARE VERY NURSERY RYHME IN THEME AND MUSICAL STRUCTURE WITH A GOOD BOLLOCKING CHORUS TO SHOCK YOU INTO REALITY ONE THING THERE DOES SEEM TO BE MISSING SOME MUCH NEEDED BASS AND BOTTOM END OTHERWISE A GOOD EFFORT

I think the song is really good. It would sound that much better having it professionally mixed and mastered. The levels of the instruments often take precedence over the vocals. I thought the originality was good and enjoyed the alternative take on brit pop/rock. Good luck to you.

Strengths - Nice melody and good opening riff. I also like the lyrics. Weaknesses - the mix is what kills this tune. The drums and bass need to come up more, and maybe a little reverb. The sound is too dry and almost sounds like a drum machine and synth. A little dimension would really bring out the magic of this tune. This very much reminds me of the music by the 1970's band Television (except the vocals here are much better.) Keep rockin'!!!

a throwback to the Brit rock we all know and love, aside from the fact that it does not seem to have a full band playing, instead it sounds a little bit like it was some sampling not fully mastered. The general idea is there but maybe pursuing a more live approach might help. My only other question is, what qualifies this tune as Funk?
