Hi everyone! I am rehearsing to play a "funeral/life celebration" next week. As I am reviewing CROSSED OVER (from UNINHIBITED 2006), Celine Dion's "Because You Loved Me" and Christina Perri's "1000 years", I can't help but be touched by the events in Russian and in Paris. I am sending out condolences to both nations, and as always, wondering why people destroy in the name of their religion vs do what is truly asked of us as human beings: Build, connect, heal, teach, love. I will be playing with Rose Mariott and the gang at Piano's on Nov 29. Also BLANKFEST just announced its date: Dec. 20. The Hudson House is a lovely venue with great sound and great food. The bartenders are amazing, and its one wonderful act after another. I tend to go on between 4 and 5....the cover charge, as always, is a BLANKET for the homeless.
