Kayla Di Diva, borned Kayan Cherylee Mitchell on July 2 1990, at the Princess Margaret hospital in the parish of (expired link) Jamaica. Kayla "Di" Diva attended the Port Morant Primary and Junior High School then later went on to the (expired link) Technical high School where she did a lot of musical activities, she then graduated in 2007.

She fell in love with the music from a tender age where both her grand fathers owned sound systems, and the love for the music has developed over the years. Among others Kayla's family has been the source of motivation in her musical growth and her main objective is to take her musical career to the optimum level.

Kayla "Di" Diva has performed on numerous stage shows in and outside of Jamaica and is optimistic about her career in music.

The versatile lyrical female (expired link) in 2012 entered the Magnum Kings and Queens competition where she was placed 2nd and is best known for songs such as Oh La La Oh produced by Syndicate Records, Rev Out The Car ft (expired link) produced by Frenz For Real production, I'll Be Loving You ft Turbulance, and is currently working with Endeavor Music Group ((expired link)), where a lot of work is in progress.
