"K.C.P. Tha Artist.", a.k.a "Marty Mar Mar", hails from the belly of South Central Los Angeles, Cali. Originally born and raised in "Lynwood, CA" to a father who was a "Street Soldier" with the "Black Panthers"(Watts/Compton Chapters) and a Top Technician for XEROX, also a Mother who was a "Compton Preschool Teacher", Marty Mar Mar grew up learning a diverse number of cultures, sounds, music, arts, and historic moments in history. With a knack for Dad's technical side, "Marty Mar Mar" toyed with many gadgets and loved building and rebuilding electrical equipment. When introduced as a child to a toy record player as a birthday gift, the love of music transformed "Marty" into "Cool Prince" a.k.a "Cool P." Over many years, "Cool'P." grew his unique sounds and musical styles into a written form of new music! Being able to teach this new music to others allowed "Cool'P." to grow his talents into a full music label/music union, "D.C.R UNIVERSAL MEDIA" where he is "Founder/CEO/Artist/Teacher/etc" who assist in the development of new talent, digitally. All the while delivering brand new hit's of his own! Sky's the limit as music has moved into a digital platform, ushering in the perfect "Cyber Storm" for this new generation of digital music artist! Now called "K.C.P. Tha Artist."(King Cool'P.), "Marty Mar Mar" set's the tone for a new era in music and a stage for digital music to flourish and prosper into a Mega Digital Music Industry.
