About Kelly Wildowsky

Musician/songwriter, Kelly Wildowsky was born and raised in North Eastern Connecticut; and is an alumna of Berklee College of Music.
Kelly began her musical journey quietly at the age of 13, and did not begin playing in bands until her early 20's.
Kelly was a prominent member of the former New England blues band, Backyard Strut during the 90's, and released her first original music under the band's self titled CD in 1996.
In 1997, Kelly made a life changing move and moved from Connecticut to California. Shortly after arriving in California, Kelly began collaborating with Lompoc musician singer, Michele Casteel. In 1998, the two met Suzanne Gardiner and formed the band Midnite Mosey. In 2001, Kelly released a second non-commercial CD, "Guitars in Bloom" with collaborator and Midnite Mosey lead guitarist, Suzanne Gardiner, under the band name, Wild Gardin. In 2004, Kelly left Midnite Mosey and Wild Gardin.
In 2005, Kelly met guitarist Keith Grant and the two eventually formed the band, Blues Prophecy in Santa Barbara California. The band originally consisted of Kelly, Grant and guitarist Tom Neale, as well as a various line up of drummers. In 2006, drummer George Lambert became the groups full time drummer. In 2009, guitarist Tom Neal was replace by keyboard player, Patrick Longo. Blues Prophecy began recording the beginnings of the Blues Prophecy CD in 2010, at SRS studios, resulting in three completed songs.
In 2010 - 2011, Blues Prophecy worked at recording 8 of Kelly's originals as well as one of Keith Grant's original songs. Kelly put Blues Prophecy on the back burner in the fall of 2011 to attend a master's program in psychology to become an MFT.
During the years of 2012-1015, the remainder of the Blues Prophecy CD was completed and crafted. As a result other musicians were recruited, as was musician, songwriter, producer, Tony Hubert, who not only put finishing touches on the cd with lead guitar, but also mixed and mastered the cd into completion.
Kelly continues to both play and write music as well as actively work towards her professional goal of gaining a marriage and family therapist certificate in the state of California.
Currently, the band Blues Prophecy is in the reformation stages with Kelly and Blues Prophecy drummer, George Lambert.
