Once again! HELLO Me Bad Kiddos and to all the newbies that have joined in since my last post. New song up for the masses and always the sincere hope it suits your diversified tastes. New Song! "That Monkey On Your Back"... The idea for this piece struck me a couple of years back when dealing with a relative that had a spiritual problem. Problem was that he could not stay away from the spirits (as in alcohol addiction.) His issues became our issues and started draining our pocketbook so we had to say "get help" or "move on". That was hard and the fallout afterwards took time to recover from. As always, my go to therapist was my music and this song was part of my healing journey. I wasn't suffering from any problem other than a helping heart, and in trying to help it almost pulled me under as well. I am a survivor and am here for a purpose. I don't want anyone or anything to dislodge me from that path. Ever Onwards! KB
