"Scars hard to heal"
Hi there everyone and thanks for subscribing:) Slowly the pandemic situation is alowing us to move more freely. It is time for summer holiday, witch is spend here in Norway with family and friends. I have also been having some small gigs witch felt releaving after months of being unemployed. Further I have got some studio work done for another artist in the country genre soon to be presented.
I have uploaded a new song, "Scars hard to heal". It is not often I write a 7 minute song, but this one is very special to me. The change in the song between minor and major is a symbol of the strong and proud people of Norway that has made this such a great nation. It was a song that was hard to write and perform. The music and lyrics is about the political mass murder that took place at a social democratic youth camp on the island of Utøya July 22 here in Norway back in 2011.
It´s a song written to honor all the victims of this tragedy and the victims of other meaningless violence carried out through out the world.
I strongly belive that it is important for us to remember tragedies like this and to keep on teaching our children about love and affection, the great gift to forgive but not forget and most of all to teach them the great value of another human beings life.
