Kristeen's Libertad 4 Crying
Definitely very good ideas especially with the guitars. Drums really need some uplifting. They would make the track sound much more intense than they already are and would give it more of a live feel. To me, it was a tad too long and the mood change didn't really make any sense to me unless you were writing for a very specific scene. I would have opted for a modulation to give the piece a more intense mood. The mix is very linear and I would have eq'd all my instruments and added some compression and reverb to define the instruments a bit more and add a bit of distance so the listener could feel like he was more in a large room or stadium. Overall, excellent ideas but a lack of polishing at pre mix and mix levels.

in all honesty
Not bad, I would have to say it's about 3 minutes to long though. I was pulled in during the intro, it really has a C.S.I. feel to it and I didn't have a problem visioning the scene, but after nearly 8 minutes its like okay already. . Overall I would have to say I liked it but I wouldn't be interested in listening to it again, try and smooth out the transition sounds a little novice. Keep it simple, short and sweet. Good Luck!

"Crying"
This is a good song, interesting intro and the combo with a rock guitar gives the composition a cool dark vibe. On the composition side I will work more the bridges and transitions, there are tons of ways to do so even silence. With a good mix and production these could be a perfect movie theme I can imagine this song there. I will be working more on the mixing, I you are doing these by yourself find a program to make the mix real stereo, I would try the drums more powerful (on your face kind of), work a lot with the bass (it sounds so drum machine) and change more the tone and melody of the lead guitar, we guitar players tend to look for a lot of leads but not melody and is really challenging to create a make sense instrumental guitar lead. Do not take me wrong I like your music but it could sound incredible with a little make-up. Please keep up with your Music. Thanks for noticing me and cheers from Minnesota.

Be it as it may review
I am attempting to place it to a category so I can give it a fair value of it's familiarity if any to others of a kind. At a an ears glance I hear none, so as of the moment it would have to stand on it's own musical merit, If I had to rate this piece from zero to Hundred at a hundred being the highest? I would say rated at Eighty Four.

Libertad 4 'Crying'
Libertad 4 'Crying' begins with subtle pacing and takes a eerie turn.......leaving you a bit unsure of where it is leading....a riffing guitar guides you thru the mysterious and ominous journey through a path of foggy layers and voicings. As the journey continues, atmospheric drums carry you into the abyss...

Thanks for sharing your track with me and looking forward toward some feedback positive or negative. This track is sorta tough for me to review considering it is just an instrumental. I have tried my best to give an opinion. This track sounds like something that would be used in a horror flick. This has potential to be used in that movie genre. Dont be afraid to submit it some place thats looking for music for an upcoming film. Keep up the hard work and drive. Good luck with your future in music.

Review of Libertad 4 "Crying'
I like the idea, the concept, however the production definitely needs some work on mixing, effecting and mastering. This piece could sound so much better with depth and separation with a nice stereo image, at the moment it sounds linear, almost mono. There is some nice guitar work. The piece demands flawless production skills to bring out the best within it. Good luck.

Libertad 4 Crying by Kristeen Noland
This track sounds dark and eerie with a twist of style of Type O Negative,Pink Floyds the Wall and heavy metal harmonies . This would be great for a good vampire film. The production and performance is great. I just flat out love this track. Bravo & Encore !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I give this 5 stars for this Masterpiece!!!!

Very Cool!
I like the atmospheric feel, and the sound effects fit very well with song, I like the guitar work, very tasteful, I think drums need a better quality sound to them, it's not what they are playing it just the tone of them that don't sound good to my ear. The arrangement is very well done. I think the song could use a good mastering to EQ everything and get a more balanced sound. Song is a bit long but with that being said I think this song has great potential and I definitely could hear it on a movie track. I like your creative thinking in the song and I wish you the best with it. Be Blessed!

Libertad 4 'Crying'
i see a big planet, coming closer and closer, Meteors are banging in to earth..... i like it, but there has to be done some work on the production. guitars are to far away, drums more in front, keyboard 6 DB back and you have it, some mastering would help then too.

Sounds Awesome!
Very well played! Sound like it should be in action packed movie "James Bond or something" but over all it is very good work! I would use it in a movie I was producing! Thanks for the opportunity to let me listen, and do a review. DDMartin

Great sounds for a movie. It almost sounds like a theme for a mission impossible move. With all that said it is a hit for some type of movie. I love the quality of it. Keep up the good work and push on
